We take your security and your pet’s safety very seriously. We are fully CRB checked and fully insured with cover tailored to home visits and pet care. As a local pet care service, we are never far from your pet, should emergency or additional care be needed at short notice.

Catchment area

We currently serve areas up to a 5 mile radius of St Albans, at no additional cost to the basic price. Beyond this, an additional 50p per mile surcharge is applicable.

Insurance and your security

Paws Buddy has public liability insurance for the care, custody and control of animals. This includes:

• Dog walking
• Dog, cat and small domestic pet care
• Horses, donkeys and small domesticated farm animals (watch this space!)
• House sitting
• Pet taxi (excluding human passengers)
• Loss of keys and replacement locks

Paws Buddy is insured by Cliveton, a specialist pet care business insurance provider.

For your security, our transport is unliveried, so as not to draw attention to your house being vacant. Paws Buddy has full car breakdown cover.
